1. Return Window

We accept returns and refund requests within 5–8 business days of product delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Packaging must be intact.

• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

3. Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at info@vedsugandh.in with your order ID and reason for return.

• Once approved, ship the product back to us at your expense (unless it’s a defective item).

• Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–8 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
